1 What information can I find in the Dashboard section?

The Dashboard is the first section you will see after logging in to your Synerise account (app.synerise.com). You will find the most important statistics from your website (e-shop) and you see how your business is performing. In this part of Synerise you can have a look at  how your sales are shaping up and what the results of recently launched marketing campaigns are. The vertical menu on the left side is a kind of shortcut to the most important information.

2 What is the Live Stream?

Live Stream contains real-time statistics on customer visits to your websites (from tracking codes) and stores (beacons, WiFi), that will allow you to stay in touch with the online and offline activities of your customers.

At the top of this section you'll see three pie charts with the number of customers divided into mobile apps, web and POS traffic. The first chart shows the number of all customers who are currently active, the second shows recognized contacts who are currently available and in the last one you can find the number of contacts recognized in last twenty-four hours.

You'll see a live stream with your anonymous and recognized customers currently active in your online and offline stores. At the moment when a customer performs an action, his stream is updated and you get prompt notification (e.g. with customer’s name, store address, type of performed action, time etc.) As a result, you can explore the behavioral patterns of your customers.

3 What is the List Growth?

In this section, you’ll find a series of bar charts. Each represents the change in the number of customers in your database. This information helps you learn more about the growth dynamics of your business. We offer useful tools like:

  • Time range changing: just click the dates area in the upper-right side of the screen to open a calendar where you can choose the period that you’re interested in

  • Filters: we know that sometimes you want to focus on a particular group of customers. This is possible thanks to filters. Go to the "Showing users who match:" tab in the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the button on the right. A drop-down list will appear from which you can choose all customers or those who are grouped in a smart list or segment

4 What will I find in the Commerce subsection?

This is a subsection of Synerise's Dashboard where you will find all sales and financial indicators, like revenue level, number of transactions and unique purchases, average order value, the number of abandoned shopping baskets and their values and much more. Our platform is very flexible and intuitive, so your sales data is presented not only in absolute figures, but also in the form of easy-to-read charts.

5 What will I find in Campaign section?

In this section you will find five top-performing email campaigns. You'll have access to indicators on the number of sent messages, clicks (all and unique), opens (all and unique), unsubsribed contacts, hard bounces, soft bounces - all divided into particular campaigns or gathered together. These data are presented not only in absolute figures, but also in the form of easy-to-read charts.

In the bottom of this section you'll find a live stream which shows opens and clicks from particular email campaigns.

6 What will I find in Engagement section?

In this section, you can follow the engagement of your customers. Synerise automatically assigns a predetermined number of points for each captured customer interaction with a company.

You can also use a ranked list to find the top ten most active customers. All of this information clearly shows you which customers are most engaged with you.

7 What will I find in Automation section?

In this section you will see how your automated actions are performing, how many customers started a particular customer journey and how many of them have finished it. Synerise will inform you about the performance of each automation, the ratio between the number of customers who started and finished it. This data is presented in absolute figures and in charts.

At the bottom of this section you'll see a live stream which shows at which stage of automation a particular customer is.

8 What will I find in Conversion section?

In this section you will find conversion - it's the ratio between number of page visit to the number of transaction. Also you will see here total sum of transactions and average transaction sum. You can choose time interval for which you want to see those data. Just click the date's area at the right-upper corner to open a calendar where you can choose the period which you are interested in or select one of predefined options (hour, day, month, year).

What's more you can check conversion for particular segment, tag or campaign. Click Show panel button it the upper-right corner to open additional menu and choose campaign or group of customers which you are interested in.
