1 How is Automation panel composed?

In the Automation section you will find the marketing automation workflow wizard. We have prepared an intuitive drag and drop interface so you will be able to easily create even the most complicated customers journeys. On the right vertical menu you will find 3 sections:
  • Triggers - a trigger is something that starts a journey and can be a specific contact, segment or smart list
  • Conditions - these allow you to filter contacts in your journeys based on specific criteria, eg. you can filter only those customers who visit a particular page
  • Actions - this is the part of the journey where you choose a specific activity, for example, sending an e-mail, push message or SMS. They will be performed after the  chosen trigger and/or conditions occur
To compose a marketing automation workflow just drag the preferred symbol from the right-hand menu and drop it in the left part of the Automation window. Next, click on the arrow next to the selected symbol and connect it with another one to define the relation between the two elements.

For each of the elements described above you can define specific parameters. To learn more, go to How can I edit triggers, actions and conditions? When your automation is ready, click the Save button to start it.

Automation delivers the right content at the right time. It's the easy way to prepare automated marketing communication, nurture customers and increase sales.

3 Why is the right content and context is so necessary when launching my campaigns?

It’s simple - your campaigns get the best results when you use arguments that reach each customer individually and at the appropriate moment. Some customers want to watch, listen and learn about products he is interested in. Others may want to buy something right now and not in two months. For example, someone may want to buy new appliance when the old one doesn’t work anymore but not when he has already bought new one quite recently.

4 What is customer journey?

A customer journey is the path they take to making a purchase. During the journey, customers can have contact with a product at various touch points. The experience may look different for individual customers. Some people read reviews on the internet and then buy in a physical store while others prefer to ask questions in a store, and buy online. It is important to ensure consistent communication in as many places as possible and to constantly track the customer journey.
