Customer’s unique ID

User ID is a unique identifier for the user in the Synerise platform. Generall ID is an email address. Any user who has agreed to the processing of personal data is identified by the email address.

Benefits

Established Email as a general customer ID has several major advantages:

  • if we identified the user through e-mail address Synerise can autocomplete a customer’s profile with data from social media. Platform can do it only if specified address is linked with account in social media. It allows to get more information about the customer
  • if you import database to an existing CRM and a contact is repeated in existing one and in a new database – Synerise do not duplicate it. Data will be overwritten and added to existing profile. However, if one user uses two email addresses – will be marked as two separate customers
