Today we want to present you with the new developments introduced in the segmentation module and inspire you with some use cases, but first, let us remind you why segmentation is a core for your business operations.

New segmentation view

We have created a new segmentation view for your convenience, allowing you to build segments more seamlessly.   

We have improved the Synerise segmentation builder, making it more intuitive and easier to use. It is currently presented in the beta version, so you can check out the new view right away by selecting it from the menu on the left-hand side. It is essential to know that using the new builder will also make changes to existing segments previously created with the current builder.  

The older builder is still available, so you are free to choose which one you want to use. However, we encourage you to test the new improvements.  

There is one more update we want to share with you that opens up new possibilities for exporting segmentation. 

We have streamlined how you view and export segments so you can do it even faster and smoother. From now on, you can view segments as a table, change the chart type, and export segmentation chart data directly from the Segmentation view without having to go to dashboards to use these functionalities. The variety of formats in which segmentation can be exported allows for subsequent convenient processing and analysis of the results.
