What New Features Were Implemented in April 2020?

Looking back on the features we managed to produce in April, it’s clear that working remotely hasn’t slowed us down a bit! Here’s what’s new after an especially productive month.
Security solution – Two factor authentication
In keeping with the highest industry security standards, we have introduced a solution that provides Synerise users with extra account protection. Two factor authentication, already available in the Synerise app, is a widely known and commonly applied security method. It requires additional identity verification, so apart from the standard credentials such as a username/email address and password, you get a secret code through a text message or an authentication code in the mobile app.

This may all seem like a complex idea to implement, but the configuration of two factor authentication in Synerise is super-simple!
The authentication can be turned on individually by a single user or it can be forced by an admin for a whole business profile, which means that all users who have access to the profile must verify their identity, otherwise they won’t be able to access the business profile. It’s an excellent way to restrict access to business profiles and thus protect all data in the Synerise app.
AI-driven ABx tests in Dynamic Content

Dynamic Content lets users display content adjusted to the preferences of customers. The scope of personalization depends on the variety of data you have about the visitors to your website. It’s a commonly applied tool in preparing personal communication with the user and we have prepared a solution that lets you make the most of dynamic content campaigns.
Usually, the goal of these campaigns is all about increasing revenue, page visits or click-through rate. Users just need to create the variants of the content, define the goal they want to achieve and switch on the AI-supported allocation of dynamic content versions. And this is the place where the magic happens.
Recognizing the campaign goal, the AI-engine selects the best variant for every customer based on the best-performing template for an individual customer. The greatest advantage of this solution is that no further configuration is needed to use the AI engine.
Company profiles in CRM

We started working on the possibility to create a company profile in the same way as users can create a profile of a single customer. This solution is the response to the needs of users who provide services in B2B model. Until now, the CRM module was centered on business-to-customer model and now we feel it’s time to move in the direction of the B2B client card model so that Synerise can be a convenient tool for departments such as Business Development.
Selecting the counting method in Segmentations

Segmentations are used by Synerise users to group their customers with regard to their own criteria. A segmentation can consist of several smaller factors and until now, if a customer who met the conditions of more than one smaller segmentation, that customer was assigned only to one. The multi-match option allows you to include the customer in more than one smaller segmentation if the customer fulfills the conditions. This possibility increases the flexibility of analyses and covers more business cases in terms of organizing customers into groups.
Repeatable journeys dedicated to a special group of customers

The Audience node in Automation launches a journey for the customer group chosen by you. It’s a good way to let a group of customers into a journey based on the history of their activity or to perform repetitive actions towards customers (birthday campaigns, for example). This is now possible thanks to the repeat option that lets you choose the frequency, timing and repetition limits.
Filtering items in catalogs

Searching for a particular uploaded item in a catalog can sometimes be difficult. We wanted to make it easier, so we have implemented a filter that lets you find items and save the filter settings for the future usage.
That’s all for now, but new improvements and features are on the way, so stay tuned! To stay current with us, be sure to keep up with content published on our blog and Roadmap.
