What will you do on a daily basis? 

  • supporting customers on 1st and 2nd support lines,
  • monitoring and analysing performance issues and incidents,
  • reviewing logs and data for processed tickets,
  • building internal and external knowledge base,
  • improving external documentation with real case experience

What will convince us that you are The One?

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills,
  • Knowledge of SQL,
  • Good knowledge of HTTP and REST API,
  • Familiarity with internet technologies and web browsers developer tools,
  • basic knowledge of Linux shell commands

What will convince us even more?

  • basic knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana),
  • basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases,
  • basic knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes,
  • willingness to learn how to operate in cloud environments (Azure, GCP),
  • experience with Jira, Jira Service Desk,
  • basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python)
