We are currently looking to recruit an Endpoint Engineer. This role can be based in Kraków or in Warsaw. 

Languages: Fluent in Polish & English

The Global IT team provides operations and management of the company’s endpoints management platforms. The candidate's primary role will provide operational and technical engineering support for these responsibilities involve analyzing business needs and opportunities, then developing and executing system enhancements and new technology installations as well as providing third-level technical support and training.

What will you do on a daily basis? 

  • Manage and support the Synerise Mac/Windows/Linux program & develop future roadmaps,
  • Manage and support Mobile Device Management solution,
  • Verify technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization,
  • Collaborate with Security and IT colleagues to ensure design principles and implementation practices are well aligned with security objectives and larger strategy,
  • Verify technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner,
  • Establish software baselines,
  • Run and deliver reports as required,
  • Collect and report metrics as required,
  • Contribute to the tuning of system configurations for redundancy, performance, security, and data protection.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades,
  • Package and deploy applications and packages,
  • Apply application-specific patches and updates,
  • Troubleshoot updates and push-related issues,
  • Create and maintain operating system images and task sequences,
  • Endpoint management platforms administration,
  • Develop and document solutions to known issues in the team knowledge base,
  • Contribute towards providing solutions to assist with service management practices such as, but not limited to, service configuration management, service catalogue management, service request management, and change control.

  • An interest in the way organizational processes work.
