Partner Sales Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Partner Sales Manager to join our Partnership Team.

This role consists of contacting the biggest Synerise Partners, inspiring them, training them, and increasing the partners' competencies to work better with end customers. You will combine technical skills, and knowledge of the platform with business competencies to enable our partner to seamlessly implement Synerise for their clients. What will you do on a daily basis?

Daily contact with partners, encouraging them to sell more with Synerise,

  • Building a joint pipeline of projects,
  • Building value proposition for customers jointly with Partner,
  • Cooperate with Synerise Partners during the implementation of Synerise AI Solutions at companies from various sectors (e-commerce, finance, retail, telco etc),
  • Encouraging partners to expand the client portfolio,
  • Take care of the continuous development of Partner sales and technical competencies.

What will convince us that you are The One?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales, Partnership Manager or other related roles,
  • Fluency in English, native will be a big advantage,
  • High motivation for self-development and a desire to acquire knowledge,
  • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills,
  • Experience in working with tools from the area of marketing automation/digital marketing/Big Data.

What will convince us even more?

  • Understanding big data, martech market and solutions,
  • Familiarity with process automation tools & marketing automation platforms
  • Fluent Spanish.
