Do you want to create software that…

• allows for the aggregation of large data sets on customer behavior in broadly understood commerce (offline and online),

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Develop products providing personalized experiences based on state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms,
• guide the technical team by setting goals, organizing work, providing feedback, supporting the development and daily duties, promoting good practices,
• organize and motivate team members towards delivering timely, high-quality software,
• design and develop an advanced analytics & data science platform,
• translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design closely cooperating with the Product department.

What will make us a perfect match?

• Programming skills in Python and/or Java/Scala,
• knowledge of ML, AI algorithms and data science,
• at least 2+ years of direct management experience in a mid-sized engineering team,
• ability to communicate effectively in a remote&agile environment,
• creative approach to problem-solving,
• a collaborative approach to people,
• ownership of products and people,
• experience with SQL.
