Currently we are looking for new Financial Controller. This role will be responsible for the company's management accounts, including sales, financial and market reports for the company's top management and investors.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Upgrading the company’s management reporting, including the set-up of business processes feeding data to BI
  • Driving changes in existing business processes in order to facilitate automation of managerial reporting
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the top management on key projects and initiatives
  • Responsibility for consolidation of management accounts on group level, with particular emphasis on proper ARR and detailed gross margin calculations
  • Coordination of budgeting process and reporting of actuals to budget owners
  • Cooperating with top management and current investment team in future financing rounds acquisition (particularly during the due diligence phase)

What will make us a perfect match?

  • Practical experience in SaaS/Cloud business controlling, including knowledge of industry best practices and benchmarks, with particular emphasis on practical ARR reporting experience
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or other related (CIMA, ACCA or other similar certification will be a plus)
  • Min. 5-7 years experience in controlling
  • Practical experience with consolidated management accounts (consolidation with US entities will be a plus)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Problem solving attitude and goal orientation
  • Assertiveness and ability to adapt smoothly to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with foreign accountants
  • Big 4 experience will be a plus
  • Experience in an early-stage, fast-growing company will be a plus
