Our Backend Team uses Scala, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Scylla/Casandra, Azure, Kubernetes, our colleagues from the Frontend Team use JavaScript (React.js), ES6, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack. Both teams are supported by the QA and Infrastructure Teams We like to experiment and we have the environment to do it. We work on the borderline of science and technology, creating outstanding solutions. We are now expanding team which is responsible for the second line support. The team is the key touchpoint between Customer Success & Implementation team (CSI) (1st line) and the third line of IT teams (dev/ops) It supports internal clients in the deployment and use of our solutions. Responsibilities

  • support internal and external clients (2nd support line)
  • analyze technical problems related to the functioning of the Synerise platform
  • develop solutions to technical problems
  • actively cooperate with development teams on the subject of implementing software changes (Synerise optimization of Synerise functioning)
  • work on continuous improvement of integration and maintanance support area including automating everyday work where possible or creating tools that improve your own work
  • streamline processes related to daily service
  • cooperate with other teams in the company and Synerise Partners
  • deploy the application in a Kubernetes environment

Our expectations

  • ability to diagnose and solve technical problems using development tools
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own work time
  • knowledge of REST / JSON and Postman / SoapUI tools
  • knowledge of SQL at the level of efficient data search and simple updates
  • knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes, solving problems, scale and deploy service
  • good knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. ELK, Prometheus)
  • good knowledge of TCP/IP protocol
  • good working knowledge of English (B2 minimum)
  • basic knowledge of Linux including scripting languages (python, ansible)

Nice to have

  • ability to program in Java or any other JVM stack
  • knowledge of the Jira / Jira Service Desk system
  • knowledge of Elasticsearch / Kibana
