We are growing and looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will build our company’s brand on the Nordics market, acquire new customers and build strategic business relationships with them. Responsibilities

  • generate leads, meet and exceed sales goals;
  • negotiate all contracts with prospective clients;
  • demonstrate strong market awareness through regular client visits;
  • monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Our expectations

  • have successful previous experience (min. 3 years) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in the IT industry;
  • have strong business acumen and industry knowledge, actual and in-depth IT market knowledge;
  • are an effective communicator capable of tactfully interviewing technical and business stakeholders and understanding their current and future business needs;
  • have an understanding of the sales cycle and follow a proven sales methodology; 
  • are a strong team player operating independently within a matrix organization;
  • have the possibility of business travel;
  • are fluent in English (C1 level).

Nice to have

  • experience in sales of marketing automation tools.
