Our Backend Team uses Scala, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Scylla/Cassandra, Azure, Kubernetes, our colleagues from the Frontend Team use JavaScript (React.js), ES6, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack. Both teams are supported by the QA and Infrastructure Teams. We like to experiment and we have the environment to do it. Responsibilities

  • take ownership of some Synerise Growth Cloud modules and drive their evolution
  • develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by our Dev Teams
  • collaborate with all interested parties to translate business and architectural requirements into User Stories for Dev Teams to implement
  • maintain backlog of User Stories for implementation
  • collaborate with our Dev Teams around solutions architecture
  • work with development teams to ensure that they understand product and are implementing best possible features for our Clients
  • collaborate with our Technical Writers and Customer Success Teams to be deliver Guidelines, documentations and share the knowledge internally and externally
  • be a contact person between Technical Teams and internal and external stakeholders
  • inspire and motivate the Team members to deliver innovative and awesome solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

Our expectations

  • good knowledge of UML and/or BPMN modelling
  • good knowledge of sketching and/or wireframing for UI
  • good knowledge of REST / JSON and Postman
  • ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own work time
  • open mind and great communication skills
  • good working knowledge of English
  • knowledge of the Jira / Confluence

Nice to have

  • knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
  • knowledge of Elasticsearch / Kibana
