This webinar, dedicated mostly to our Spanish audience, was organized together with EIT Digital. The goal was to reflect on this year, share experiences and discuss how leading retail companies have adapted their strategies to guarantee product delivery with digital innovations and how to pivot omnichannel strategies in the middle of the pandemic and connect with customers. Among special guests were: Antonio Fagundo (Masaltos.com), Alberto Fernandez (formerly of Google), Nacho Vidri Salgado (Pompeii), Carlos Rubal (EIT Digital), and Estefanía García Bermejo (Iskaypet, Kiwoko & Tiendanimal).
