Synerise Wins Awards at Microsoft Inspire, Headed Towards Further Growth
The statuette for Microsoft Partner of the Year for Poland and recognition in the global retail category have reached the Warsaw office of Synerise. They were first collected by company representatives during Microsoft Inspire, the largest conference for partners of the company from Redmond. They also took part in a number of meetings, including with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and strategic workshops with Microsoft Partners from around the world. Success at Inspire opens up new opportunities for further growth for Synerise on international markets.
The Microsoft Inspire Conference is the largest such event in the world. Every year, it is visited by 20,000 participants, Microsoft Partners and their sales teams. This year the conference took place in Las Vegas. Microsoft Corporation CEO Satya Nadella appeared on stage, along with innovators who, in accordance with the idea of the event, inspired the audience with their stories of overcoming business challenges.
More inspiration for the further development of each Microsoft Partner came from the winners of the Partner of the Year competition, including Synerise, the winner of the Partner of the Year award in Poland and a finalist in the global category of solutions for retail. Eugeniusz Licznarowski, Chief Business Development Officer, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
This award is extremely important from the perspective of the growth of Synerise. Thanks to everyone at Microsoft and the whole Synerise team, who proved that it is possible to quickly build a mature company providing top class technology to the largest players on the market. Microsoft's support is invaluable on this path. Our partnership on many levels is extremely important from the point of view of scaling up and quickly gaining market share. Success at Inspire is a huge achievement but it’s not our last and soon we are going to share even more good news.
Eugeniusz Licznarowski, Chief Business Development Director

The competition jury chose the winners from 2600 applications submitted from 115 countries. Synerise was awarded for innovative of solutions based on Microsoft technologies and successful implementations in companies of various sizes. The work of the Synerise team was also praised by other international Microsoft Partners. Jarosław Królewski, CEO of Synerise, as well as Eugeniusz Licznarowski, met in Las Vegas with representatives of many of them to talk about the possibilities of cooperation and the further global development of Synerise.
This is the great business and technological paradox of our times: many companies are founded in the template of existing firms, all employing similar people organized in similar ways to create similar things. It's unfortunate and step backwards because, instead of promoting innovation, such an environment encourages a sameness of philosophies and practices. Similar ideas and plans rarely go beyond the "box". The inevitable result of this conformity is that products of similar quality are flooding the market and do not change the status quo, meaning that product and tech evolution does not happen as quickly as it should.
It is important for the market to turn towards hard-IP products and companies that have innovation in their DNA. The goal should be to break free from this stasis, move forward and create ambitious ecosystems. This is how we work at Synerise and our achievements have been recognized on a global level. We are scaling the business very quickly and now, thanks to being highlighted at Microsoft's global event as a leader in our field, we believe that we can accelerate the process even more.
