The Żappka mobile app, created by Żabka in cooperation with Synerise, was presented in New York at the largest retail industry conference in the world: NRF2020. Attending the event at the invitation of Microsoft, global experts in the field of new technologies for retail praised the app for its ability to strengthen the customer experience.
The Żappka application was developed in cooperation with the technological company Synerise, specialists in the creation of solutions in the field of BigData and Artificial Intelligence. It was shown at the Microsoft Reactor Innovation & ROI Hack Event as part of NRF2020 and was presented by Tomasz Blicharski, Vice President of the Management Board for Finance and Development at Żabka Polska and Jarosław Królewski, CEO of Synerise. The ability of the app to adapt to the changing needs of consumers received a very positive response from the participants.
