Synerise integrations with Cloud Storage

Cloud storage has become one of the most convenient and efficient methods of storing data online, with companies of all sizes relying on various cloud storage providers to store, access and maintain data in the most efficient manner. Recognizing the importance of seamless data flow, we have developed integrations with selected cloud storage providers to enable seamless data transfer for our users to these platforms.

With our new integrations, you can now seamlessly connect Synerise to leading cloud storage providers such as Google Cloud Storage, Amazon S3, and Azure Blob Storage. This means you can effortlessly export data stored in Synerise directly to your preferred Cloud Storage solution, enabling you to take advantage of the scalability and flexibility of these robust Cloud Storage platforms.

What opportunities do those integrations create?

Our integration with Cloud Storage solutions is designed to streamline your data management process and enhance your data-driven decision-making capabilities. By taking advantage of these new integrations, you can be sure to gain the following benefits:

  • Comprehensive data collection & analysis: Synerise offers powerful data collection capabilities so businesses can collect data from various customer touchpoints, enabling a holistic view of customer interactions and behavior. Combined with Synerise Analytics, you can perform precise analysis and gain insights from the collected data facilitating the process of informed decision-making.
  • Export of multiple data types: Synerise provides the ability to export different types of data collected in Synerise, including transactions, event data, customer information, metrics results, aggregates, expressions, reports, and more to Cloud Storage solutions of choice, providing companies with the flexibility to manage and leverage their data across external platforms.
  • Streamlined data sharing: Synerise enables companies to effectively share data with other systems, enabling seamless data-sharing processes and collaboration with partners and stakeholders, enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

How to perform exports?

We have created dedicated nodes for each Cloud Storage solution within the Automation module, making it easy and convenient for you to configure your workflows. Here you can find the names of each node:

  • Google Cloud Storage - “Send file to Google Cloud Storage” node
  • Azure Blob Storage - “Send file to Azure Blob Storage” node
  • Amazon S3 Bucket - “Send file to Amazon S3 Bucket” node

With these nodes, you can easily create a workflow that aligns with your business requirements for data export. You can select any trigger and add nodes that help you acquire the desired data from Synerise and export it to your preferred Cloud Storage service using the corresponding Storage node.

Configuration of the nodes is simple and involves building a connection to your cloud service, guided by a user-friendly integration form that walks you through all the necessary steps for successful integration. In addition, Synerise's data transformation automation capabilities allow you to perform any required data modifications during the export process, allowing you to adjust and customize data to your requirements on the fly.

Check out new use cases

In our new use cases, you'll find some sample scenarios for exporting data to Cloud Storage.

1. Send customer segmentation to GCS

The first use case describes a scenario where you send a customer segment with a marketing agreement to Google Cloud Storage.

2. Send customer segmentation to Azure Blob Storage

The second use case describes a scenario in which you send a customer segment with churn risk to Azure Blob Storage.

3. Send customer segmentation to Amazon S3

The last use case presents a scenario where you send a customer segment interested in a specific product category to Amazon S3 Bucket.
