Your data security is a crucial value to Synerise team. We hold building relationships on trust in high esteem - that's why transparency is so important to us.
We take security matters very seriously. That is why we follow the Endpoint Security Policy and carry out regular inspections to make sure that security is on the highest level possible.
We make sure that we are up to date with all security measures and monitoring good practices. Using information collected from internal network traffic, we scan for suspicious patterns and identify potential threats.
The Synerise team constantly assesses potential security vulnerabilities. When identified, they are thoroughly investigated and given the highest priority until we are confident that they are no longer a threat.
Our security team is responsible for detecting and reporting security events and immediately assigning them to the appropriate department for support and resolution.
Our team of QA experts guarantees that new additions to our application are optimized and ready to function properly prior to release. They also run private instances tests for new clients to facilitate on-boarding.
By default, data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Depending on customer requirements, additional security controls can be deployed. Google uses the AES algorithm to encrypt data at rest.
