Availability & Continuity

We maintain comprehensive Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs to be able to guarantee the best possible availability to our Partners.

All platform elements run in multiple replicas which lets us roll updates and provide resiliency at the same time.

The Customer Data and all corresponding events are replicated in 3 separate copies to provide fault tolerance.

Our services are currently based in two Microsoft Azure locations: West Europe and Europe North, so that our services are resilient to potential incidents.

These processes are governed by our Management Board with the active involvement of the key Leaders across the company.

All data is backed up on a daily basis and stored for at least 30 days in a separate Azure location.

Backups are tested all the time as a part of the backup process so that we always have a working backup guaranteed.

Real-time Platform Status and Public Roadmap & Changelog

We provide our partners with real-time platform status updates through our Status Page. This tool contains live information about the status of every element of our platform so that all our partners are informed whenever the unexpected happens.
