Automatically.) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, which is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate it’s potential for the business world.

Having such great solutions we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Growth Manager to join our Business Development team who will play a pivotal role in driving Synerise’s business expansion by identifying and executing growth opportunities across markets, products, and partnerships. Combining strategic thinking, data analysis, access to local digital ecosystems and hands-on execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that accelerate growth.

Ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology will be crucial to scaling Synerise’s impact and helping our clients achieve their goals.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Craft compelling value propositions and narratives that highlight Synerise’s unique capabilities in behavioral AI and big data, differentiating the company in competitive markets.
  • Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with complementary organizations (e.g., technology vendors, system integrators, or industry leaders) to drive co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.
  • Represent Synerise at industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase expertise and build brand authority.
  • Partner with the product and customer success teams to enhance the adoption of Synerise’s AI and automation solutions, tailoring value propositions to different industries.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success and data science teams to align on priorities, resources, and key deliverable in order to improve the client / partner journey, ensuring they maximize their use of Synerise’s platformand.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and improve client retention.
