Having such great solutions, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our mini HR Team  and support business on a daily basis.  

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • Recruiting for all positions.
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conducting feedback sessions and implementing career paths.
  • Supporting employees and managers with current HR-related issues.
  • Supporting wide range of HR projects by providing researches, brainstorming and conducting projects.
  • Coordinating the efficient flow of HR documentation, updating ATS and other databases.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks.

What will make us a perfect match?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner.
  • Practical experience in implementing processes in HR areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee development.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in career path planning, talent management, improving performance and building organizational culture.
  • The ability to use data to draw conclusions and formulate solution proposals based on it.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law.
  • Knowledge of payroll and personnel administration.
  • Very good command of English.
  • High attention to details and timeliness.
  • Positive attitude and team-work mindset.
  • Relationship-building and communication skills.
