Today we want to share the latest improvements related to the template library for email, dynamic content, web pushes and in-ap messages. The new update will make creating templates much smoother. Take a moment to take a look at the new updates and see how they can improve your daily workflow.
Enhanced multi-level template search
The template search feature allows for quick and intuitive searches, ensuring you can quickly find the communication templates and directories you need.
What does this mean in practice? The new update introduces the ability to search for a template directly by name or ID, without having to go into the folders where the template is located. Simply enter the template name in the search bar on the left-hand side of the screen and the system will intelligently find all matching results, i.e. the templates and the folders in which they are located. The streamlined search engine is particularly useful when working on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Direct template links
An update to the template library introduces an improvement in the form of direct links to templates, allowing them to be linked to from anywhere on the platform.
New Template Library View
The refreshed look of the listings applies across the platform, and has been updated with improved navigation and a contextual menu with direct links to templates.
Put the updated version of the template library into practice. We have selected the most interesting use cases to get you started.
Email Campaign
Create a personalised banner in an email message. This personalisation can be based on any attribute or activity of the customer, such as their club status, transaction history, age, in combination with any other variable
Dynamic Content Campaign
Creating personalised dynamic content tailored to the individual customer journey is a powerful way to engage customers. In this use case, we show you how to use personalised recommendations in a dynamic content campaign.
Mobile Push Campaign
Web push messages are an effective form of communication that allows organisations to communicate directly with website visitors, even when they are not actively using the website. In this use case, we show you how to use recommendations in web push messages.
In-App message Campaign
In this case, we are going to create the first message in the application that will be displayed to customers when they log in to the mobile application for the first time. We will use a predefined template for this campaign.
