Model Context Protocol

Synerise MCP Server

Connect your AI assistants directly to your Synerise workspace. Query analytics, inspect campaigns and workflows, retrieve profiles, and explore your data through natural language — securely and read-only.

What is the Model Context Protocol?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard introduced by Anthropic. It acts as a universal bridge between AI clients and the external tools and data they need — a common language that lets assistants reach beyond their own knowledge and work with live systems.

Instead of building a bespoke integration for every assistant, MCP defines one consistent interface. Any MCP-compatible client can speak to any MCP server — including the Synerise MCP Server.

What the Synerise MCP Server enables

The Synerise MCP Server lets you connect any MCP-compatible client — Claude, Claude Code, Codex, or your own custom agents — to a Synerise workspace. From there, your assistant can:

Query analytics and behavioral metrics
Inspect campaigns and automation workflows
Retrieve customer profiles and segments
Explore AI models, recommendations, and search
Browse loyalty programs and rewards
Access product documentation and guidance

Everything is read-only — your assistant can look, calculate, and report, but never change your workspace.

Coverage across your workspace

The server exposes read access to product areas spanning analytics, campaigns, AI, CRM, loyalty, and more.

Account

Confirm which workspace an assistant is connected to and understand the scope it operates in.

Getting started

Connecting is a no-code setup that takes just a few minutes with any MCP-compatible client.

01

Connect a client

Use any MCP-compatible client — such as Claude Code — with the Synerise MCP Server. It's a no-code setup that takes only a few minutes.

02

Log in & pick a workspace

You authenticate with your Synerise account and choose the workspace you want the assistant to connect to.

03

Verify the connection

Confirm everything is wired up by simply asking your assistant which workspace it is connected to.

For the exact connection steps — including supported clients and configuration details — head to the official Synerise documentation.

Compliance & guardrails

Secure and governed by design

Every connection is bounded, permissioned, and read-only — so AI access never compromises your data.

Read-only by design

The server can retrieve, list, and calculate — but it can never create, update, or delete workspace data. There is no path for an assistant to change anything in your environment.

Workspace-scoped access

Every connection is bound to a single workspace and acts strictly under the permissions of the logged-in Synerise account. If the account lacks access, the request returns an authorization error (e.g. 403) instead of data.

On-demand, no streaming

There is no real-time event streaming and no background subscription. Data is only fetched in response to an explicit request from the assistant — nothing is pulled or pushed on its own.

Privacy-aware usage

Customer-profile data may contain personal information. Access follows your existing account permissions, and usage should align with your organization's data-privacy policies.

Bring your AI assistant to Synerise

Connect an MCP-compatible client to your workspace and start asking questions in natural language — securely, and in minutes.
